Don’t Talk to Me Before 10 a.m.

I’m serious — it’s for your own good.

I am the world’s worst morning person. If there was ever an option to just never wake up early — sign me up, please!

I’m the person who told her college adviser that 10 a.m. classes were the earliest I could do. Yes, this is a bit embarrassing. But, honesty is the best policy, right?

When I wake up, I need a period to lay around and drift back to sleep. This is followed by at least 30 minutes of just staring at my phone. In all this time, I require absolutely no talking.

Specifically, I hate small talk, especially in the mornings. OR if you are a total early bird, just steer away. I might tear your positivity apart.

Head this warning — aka, just don’t talk to me before 10 a.m. Period. Consider this a warning.
